Hi - I'm Wendy Bowers - I've been helping people start and grow businesses for many years and held a variety of regional and national board roles. But who am I really and who do I work with:
I'm a Mum to 4, I love writing, I love the hills and moors. I've lived through divorce, parents with dementia, wayward teenagers, breakdowns, career changes, worries about money and all the stuff that makes up a full life. In between, somehow I built a career and a several businesses. I've brought together a brilliant team of coaches and advisers to help me develop and deliver meaningful and relevant programmes, workshops and retreats. Here's some info about the team:
First and foremost we're people, grappling with uncertainties, bringing up families, trying to make a difference.
We've tried working all hours, meeting one deadline after another, commuting all over the world, cramming work, life, family and other commitments into each week.
We believe there is a better way to lead our businesses and organisations. A different version of success. One where there's time for listening and reflection. One that encourages your teams to bring the whole of themselves to their roles because they see that example in you.
We are proud to work with people who believe in leading from the heart.
We've taken the sum of our experience and brought together a team of wonderfully wise and qualified people to design and deliver our coaching, programmes, events, retreats and workshops.
