Our latest programme for women is a collaboration between Role, Anotherway Coaching and East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce. On International Women's Day 2024, we launched The Chamber's Academy for Female leaders and managers with the RISE programme. An innovative, holistic programme that equips middle and senior female managers with the confidence, networks, know- how and inspiration to advance in their careers and also to help support their employers embed inclusivity and all the benefits it brings, at the heart of their workforce. Six full day Face to Face full day modules from June to December where women can learn, support, inspire and achieve together. Women Scaling Up will be back in October 2024 after two incredible years which saw our delegates grow their businesses by over 4.2m., but more importantly grow their confidence and wellbeing.
With business mentoring, executive coaching, boardroom sessions, business acumen, wellbeing and an overnight resilience experiential, this Face to Face 9 month programme is like no other. You'll need courage, commitment and an open mind. You'll get motivation, inspiration and amazing support from business and leadership experts and from your peer group members. The programme is all about you and your business dreams and will teach you incredible resilience skills alongside a deeper understanding of who you are and how you can build your business without sacrificing your health and personal life. I have found the Scaling up programme to be mind blowing if I am honest. This is such a real-life fly by the seat of your pants journey. It is hard work and challenging but the calibre of the programme leaders and our mentors and their approach to our learning is something that I have not experienced before.
