During this eleven year period in newspaper advertising, I progressed from being a
sales executive to the manager of the largest department within CN Group. I have
wide experience in the recruitment, training and management of staff. My
responsibilities also included planning, delegating, budgeting, motivating, holding
meetings and communicating with between six and twenty one staff in an
environment dedicated to the achievement of targets and deadlines.
I also took my department through Investors in People and achieved two customer
care awards.
